New Army Fitness Test Standards

The AFT replaced the ACFT on June 1, 2025. Combat MOSs require 350 total points starting January 1, 2026.

🎯 Combat Standards

Combat MOSs require 350 total points (effective Jan 1, 2026). Plan your training accordingly.

🏆 Body Fat Exemption

Score 465+ points with 80+ per event to earn exemption from body fat standards.

📊 Minimum Requirements

Each event requires minimum 60 points. Failing any single event results in overall failure.

🆕 2025 Changes

Standing Power Throw removed for injury prevention. Plank replaces leg tuck permanently.

Emphasize functional fitness, proper form, and progressive overload in your training.

⏰ Test Frequency

AFT administered twice yearly minimum. Additional tests for promotion/assignment.
